Corporate Services
Burlington Associates provides professional advisory services to Small & Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) on all aspects of Employee Benefits Provision and those matters relating to Key Executives within them. Our General aim is to search for ways to reduce your administration burden, reduce costs, where possible, and improve the benefits you offer to your staff.
Why use Burlington as a Corporate Advisory Basis
Experience. We have been providing high-quality and sophisticated advice and solutions on employee benefit packages for local small and medium-sized enterprises for over 8 years. The great majority of our staff, our advisers, and administration staff have over 10 years of experience in this field. We have considerable experience in providing the best advice for employers and employees, we have knowledge in the administration of these benefits and we also have handled health and death policy claims in a timely and professional manner.
Appropriate Systems and Controls. We have established robust Systems and Controls to meet all the administration, advice, and implementation needs of SMEs with businesses ranging from 5 to 250 staff. We have proven workable processes and suitable resources to provide a high quality of service for our clients and their employees in turn.
Competitively Charged. We understand that many SMEs do not have the deep pockets of larger organizations when it comes to paying for advice on the Employee Benefit (EB) packages. With this in mind, we have been able to structure our proposition to be competitive in providing advice for companies between 5 – 250 staff. This is our target market and one where we have had the most experience.
Professional and Personable service. Our advisers pride themselves on being professional not only in terms of their level of qualification but also in the manner they deal with all employees from those within the board room to the shop floor equivalent. Being personable and knowledgeable has allowed us to continue to retain the vast majority of our clients – both personal and corporate – since establishment.
Range of Advice. We feel our range of advice is very well suited to the SME market from smaller concerns to entrepreneurial firms where staff attraction, retention, motivation, and services are often seen as a key or top priority. This naturally allows for fixed benefit packages to flexible ones, where employees have a huge degree of freedom on what benefits they can select.
In terms of products/benefits, the following are the ones generally considered along with some that are often inserted into flexible benefit packages that we can assist with:
Group Pension & Salary Sacrifice Schemes (including assistance with understanding and complying with your Pension Reform responsibilities)
Group Life Assurance (also referred to as DIS = Death In-Service)
Group Income Protection (also referred to as LTIB = Long Term Incapacity Benefit)
Group Critical Illness Cover (CIC)
Group Private Medical Cover ( Can extend to Counselling, Alternative therapies & Physiotherapy)
Dental Cover
Childcare Voucher Schemes
Corporate Subsidised Gym Membership
Regular Health Checks
Bike to Work scheme
Holiday Exchange
Employee Assistance Programmes
In addition to the above, we also have access to trusted third parties who can provide Legal Services, Professional Indemnity, Commercial, Travel, and Office Insurances, Payroll and Accounting Services, and other relevant services/products.
